The posting

Als Business Consultant Insurance ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve uitbreiding en opvolging van het

klantenbestand. Je richt je daarbij op zelfstandigen, vrije beroepen en ondernemers en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe

commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je beheert het volledige commerciële traject: van prospectie en het inplannen van adviesgesprekken tot analyse, advies en

verdere opvolging. Daarbij vertrek je niet vanuit een product, maar vanuit de klant. Met onze 360° analyse breng je zijn

financiële situatie, risico’s en behoeften in kaart en vertaal je die naar een totaaloplossing op maat voor de zelfstandige, zijn

omgeving én zijn onderneming.

Ook na het advies blijf je nauw betrokken bij je klant. Je volgt actief op, speelt in op veranderingen en nieuwe behoeften en

bouwt zo aan duurzame klantenrelaties op lange termijn.

* Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor en/of gelijkgestelde ervaring en blijft ambitieus en gezond leergierig.

* Je weet de juiste prioriteiten te combineren met een sterk doorzettingsvermogen en neemt spontaan initiatief.

* Door je analytische en proactieve werkwijze weet je snel tot de essentie te komen en de behoeften van je klant correct in te schatten.

* Met een gezonde dosis zelfvertrouwen durf je zelfstandig te werken, initiatief te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te dragen voor je eigen resultaten.

* Enthousiast als je bent, laat je je verder kenmerken door een doelgerichte en tegelijk aanstekelijke gedrevenheid.

* Je beschikt over een sterke commerciële flair, maar stelt kwalitatief advies steeds voorop.

* Met de nodige assertiviteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op.

* Ervaring in de financiële sector en/of het verzekeringswezen is een pluspunt.
