Met jouw energie kan het Werk in een dynamische omgeving en lever maatschappelijke waarde aan de energietransitie Werk aan projecten die impact hebben op kwaliteit, veiligheid en innovatie van het energienet Je hebt sterke technische affiniteit en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waarin techniek, data en digitale tools een belangrijke rol spelen Zo ga je deze uitdaging aan Als Medior Business consultant maak je deel uit van BVN, HS/MS ketenontwikkeling waarbij je samen met collega's werkt aan de veranderbehoefte- en noodzaak voor de afdeling Technische Expertise. Jij brengt businessbehoeften van de afdeling in kaart, analyseert en optimaliseert de processen en werkt samen met IT-collega's aan de juiste systeemfunctionaliteiten. Technische Expertise draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het energienet. Door de toenemende hoeveelheid werk om het energienet uit te breiden en de veranderende rol van Enexis, van uitvoerend naar een regierol, verandert de manier van werken. Dankzij jouw kennis en analytisch vermogen lever je een directe bijdrage aan verbeterinitiatieven en innovaties. Je zorgt er, juist in tijden van energietransitie, voor dat het energienet toekomstbestendig blijft. Je bent organisatiesensitief en weet verschillende partijen, zowel binnen als buiten je directe team, te verbinden. Hierbij schakel je snel tussen belangen en niveaus en weet je processen helder te structureren.
