Bij Telenet draait alles om connectiviteit. Achter elke betrouwbare verbinding, elke digitale interactie en elke customer journey schuilt een complex ecosysteem van IT-systemen, netwerkcomponenten en operationele processen.

Ons Operational Intelligence-team staat in voor het beheren, optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van monitoring- en automatiseringsplatformen. Het doel? Minder manuele interventies, snellere detectie van problemen, efficiëntere processen en een betere ervaring voor onze klanten. Je komt terecht in een team waar technische expertise, samenwerking en continue verbetering hand in hand gaan.

We zijn op zoek naar een Application Expert Operational Intelligence die energie krijgt van het oplossen van complexe technische uitdagingen, het bouwen van intelligente integraties en automatiseringen, en het vertalen van operationele behoeften naar oplossingen die een echte impact hebben voor klanten en collega's.

We zoeken een gemotiveerde technische professional die graag ownership neemt en nieuwe technologieën verkent. Jouw rol als Application Expert

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert monitoringplatformen zoals DataMiner.
  • Je ontwerpt en onderhoudt integraties via API's, databases, SNMP en andere interfaces.
  • Je automatiseert processen voor alarmbeheer, incidentdetectie en customer journeys.
  • Je analyseert en lost complexe technische incidenten en performantieproblemen op.
  • Je stimuleert innovatie door bij te dragen aan projecten rond AI, machine learning en intelligent alarmbeheer.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen operationele behoeften en technische oplossingen.

Jouw profiel als Application Expert

  • Je beschikt over sterke programmeer- en scriptingvaardigheden, met kennis van Python, Java, C#, PowerShell en/of Bash voor applicatiebeheer, automatisering en ontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van applicatieplatformen, waaronder Linux, Windows Server, SQL-databases, REST API's en systeemintegraties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met softwareontwikkeling en applicatiebeheer, inclusief troubleshooting, application lifecycle management, code refactoring en softwareonderhoud.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen en bent in staat om complexe problemen te analyseren, de grondoorzaak te identificeren en duurzame oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een passie voor automatisering en nieuwe technologieën, met een bijzondere interesse in AI, machine learning, operationele automatisering en continue verbetering.
  • Je bent bereid deel te nemen aan een 24/7 wachtdienst en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen voor de beschikbaarheid en performantie van bedrijfskritische applicaties.

Nice-to-have expertise:

  • Ervaring met telecom- en netwerktechnologieën zoals DataMiner, OSS/BSS en SNMP.
  • Kennis van DevOps-praktijken en cloudplatformen zoals GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Azure of GCP.
  • Ervaring met monitoring, observability en event-driven automation.
  • Kennis van Jira, Confluence en Agile-methodologieën.
