Key responsibilities - Manage end-to-end pension projects, including scope, planning, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment. - Analyze business processes and pension products; identify improvements and translate them into actionable solutions. - Gather, document, and validate requirements; create functional specifications and user stories. - Coordinate internal and external teams (IT, operations, legal/compliance, vendors) to deliver project milestones. - Support testing and implementation: test strategy, UAT coordination, defect triage, and release readiness. - Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within pension administration and reporting. - Provide clear project communication: status reporting, steering updates, decision logs, and change management.
