Wat zijn je taken als Junior Software Consultant?

Als Junior Software en Business Consultant voor Salesforce help je klanten hun organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je zorgt dat hun Salesforce-omgeving perfect aansluit op hun noden en vertaalt hun businessbehoeften naar slimme technologische oplossingen.

Wat je doet:

  • Klantencontact: Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met klanten, begrijpt hun CRM business processen en bent hun vast aanspreekpunt.
  • Implementatie: Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z, van analyse tot oplevering, samen met je collega-consultants.
  • Technische realisatie: Je configureert Salesforce via low- en no-code én doet waar nodig codeerwerkzaamheden binnen het platform (afhankelijk van jouw technische background).
  • Projectopvolging: Je coördineert verwachtingen, budget, planning en validatie.
  • Training: Je zorgt dat klanten de oplossing volledig begrijpen en zelfstandig kunnen gebruiken.
  • Strategische bijdrage: Je denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van Salesforce bij jouw klant en ondersteunt collega’s en Sales bij nieuwe trajecten.
  • Advies & verantwoordelijkheid: Je combineert technische kennis met businessinzicht en helpt klanten hun processen te optimaliseren.

Bij Easi werk je volgens het principe van multi-client, multi-project – elke dag biedt nieuwe uitdagingen bij verschillende klanten in uiteenlopende sectoren.

Must-have:

  • Je behaalt een bachelor of master in IT (toegepaste informatica, industrieel ingenieur...) of een master in een economische richting (TEW, Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur...)
  • Je hebt idealiter tijdens je studies minstens één programmeertaal gezien (Bv. Python, .NET, Java, #C, C+++...)
  • Nederlands moedertaalniveau met een goede basis in het Engels
  • Initiatief nemend, ambitieus & assertief ~ Go-getter
  • Positiviteit & zelfstandigheid om challenges vast te pakken
  • Klant- & businessgericht zijn. Je bent graag in contact met je klanten
  • Bereid om klanten 1 tot 2 dagen per week te bezoeken
  • 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring
  • Een Zwitsers zakmes zijn en multi-project management appreciëren
  • Teamplayer-mentaliteit
  • Rijbewijs B

Nice-to-have:

  • Salesforce-certificering(en) met Administrator als startbasis (zeker geen must)
  • Affiniteit met programmeren
  • Vermogen om nieuwe opportuniteiten te spotten
  • Kunnen deelnemen aan verkoopgesprekken
  • Analytisch ingesteld zijn
  • Goede kennis van het Frans
