Bouwen aan een professionele Business Control afdeling, aan beter inzicht voor de organisatie en aan sterke relaties met verschillende stakeholders? Bij DUWO krijg je de ruimte en vrijheid om mee te denken over de toekomst van de organisatie en jouw expertise in te zetten om Business Control naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus, flexibel, divers, gezellig en goed samenwerkend team! Over de rol Als Business Controller vervul je een centrale rol binnen DUWO en ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de business, de financiële afdeling en de (vestigings)directie. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor twee van de vier vestigingen: Leiden en Den Haag, ieder met een eigen thema. Voor Leiden is dit onderhoud en voor Den Haag beheer . Je hebt veel contact met de vestigingsdirectie, managers en andere collega's binnen de vestigingen en werkt daarnaast nauw samen met de financiële afdeling en andere stafafdelingen. Je weet wat er binnen de organisatie speelt, vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar financiële inzichten en zorgt voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de cijfers: je stelt de juiste vragen, analyseert kansen en risico's en bent een kritische en constructieve sparringpartner voor directie en management. Zo draag je actief bij aan goed onderbouwde besluitvorming binnen de vestigingen én DUWO als geheel. Samen met drie collega-Business Controllers werk je daarnaast aan de verdere professionalisering van Business Control. De afdeling is relatief nieuw, waardoor er volop ruimte is voor jouw ideeën en expertise.
