Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Business Controller. In deze sleutelrol maak je deel uit van het controlling team en rapporteer je aan de Head of Business Finance. Je treedt op als een volwaardige financiële sparringpartner voor verschillende business units en complexe projecten, en speelt een cruciale rol in het vertalen van financiële inzichten naar strategische en operationele beslissingen.

Als senior professional combineer je een sterk analytisch inzicht met een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit. Je neemt ownership over jouw domein, werkt proactief optimalisaties uit en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van onze financiële processen en rapportering.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

· Je fungeert als financieel expert en vertrouwde adviseur voor management teams en projectleiders.

· Je beheert autonoom de financiële organisatie van jouw business unit(s) en/of projecten, inclusief analytische structuren, closingprocessen en datakwaliteit.

· Je neemt het voortouw in het optimaliseren en verder ontwikkelen van rapporteringen zodat deze maximaal aansluiten bij de noden van de business.

· Je analyseert, interpreteert en bespreekt maand- en kwartaalresultaten met divisie- en projectmanagers, en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.

· Je stuurt het budget- en forecastproces (jaarbudgetten, kwartaalforecasten) en bewaakt de uitvoering van bijhorende actieplannen.

· Je monitort projectresultaten en valideert deze ten opzichte van contractuele financiële afspraken, met oog voor risico’s en opportuniteiten.

· Je waakt over de financiële governance van (tijdelijke) maatschappen gelinkt aan projecten, in nauwe samenwerking met de juridische afdeling.

Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in de verdere optimalisatie van onze organisatie. Je vormt de brug tussen finance en operations en denkt mee na over efficiëntere processen,

performante rapportering en waardevolle analyses. Je werkt hierbij intensief met ERP-systemen, Power BI en andere Microsoft-oplossingen.

· Je behaalde een masterdiploma Handelsingenieur, Handelswetenschappen (afstudeerrichting Finance) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

· Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en weet complexe informatie helder te communiceren.

· Je werkt proactief, neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.

· Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt een basiskennis van het Engels.

· Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.

· Ervaring met Power BI, BI-tools en ERP-systemen is een belangrijke troef.

· Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische projectomgeving waar samenwerking en ondernemerschap centraal staan.
