The posting

Als business controller bij Hét Service Centrum (HSC) speel jij een sleutelrol binnen het shared service center van GGD Hart voor Brabant, GGD West-Brabant, GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland en de Regionale Ambulancevoorziening Brabant Midden-West-Noord. HSC ondersteunt ruim 3.000 medewerkers op meer dan 100 locaties en is dé expert op het gebied van financiën, salarisadministratie, inkoop, ICT-services en informatievoorziening.

Je sluit aan bij het stafteam van de manager HSC, waar je fungeert als diens rechterhand en als sparringpartner van de twee teammanagers. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, analyseren en toelichten van financiële en bedrijfseconomische informatie. Daarnaast beoordeel je bestaande rapportages en ontwikkel je nieuwe inzichten voor het managementteam.

Je werkt financiële onderbouwingen van businesscases uit, neemt actief deel aan projecten en speelt een belangrijke rol in de planning- en controlcyclus. Dankzij jouw analyses en adviezen krijgt het management volledig inzicht in de financiële bedrijfsvoering en kan het weloverwogen besluiten nemen.

Verder ondersteun je samen met de manager het team AO/IC als het gaat over gesprekken met belastingdienst en accountants.

Wat je elke dag kunt verwachten:

• Je bent een stevige sparringpartner voor het managementteam en ondersteunt bij tactische en strategische besluitvorming door juiste, tijdige en volledige managementinformatie te leveren. • Je genereert, analyseert, interpreteert en presenteert managementinformatie aan het MT van HSC. • Je beoordeelt de budgettaire haalbaarheid van voorstellen en ontwikkelingen en denkt proactief mee over het creëren van financiële ruimte. • Je draagt bij aan de totstandkoming van de begroting, jaarcijfers en periodieke managementrapportages, en monitort de prognoses ten opzichte van de budgetten. Ook ondersteun je bij budgetaanvragen. • Je sluit aan bij bestuurlijke overleggen, zoals gesprekken met directeuren en concerncontrollers over begroting
