Business Controller Verbindt finance, projecten en operatie - Dedemsvaart/Zevenaar - HBO, WO - 32-40 uur Functieprofiel Als Business Controller bij Deli Home Doors in Dedemsvaart / Zevenaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële ondersteuning van de business unit Deuren. Deli Home is een innovatief en toonaangevend bedrijf in de productie en verkoop van Home Improvement producten, met hout als belangrijkste verbindende factor. In deze functie kijk je verder dan cijfers en rapportages. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega's binnen onder andere projecten, supply chain, magazijn en inkoop en helpt hen om op basis van financiële inzichten betere keuzes te maken. Je stelt periodieke financiële rapportages en forecasts op en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere stuurinformatie voor directie en management. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de maand- en jaarafsluitingen en ondersteun je bij budgetten, begrotingen, liquiditeitsprognoses, audits en jaarrekeningcontroles. Ook analyseer je resultaten, signaleer je afwijkingen en breng je risico's en verbetermogelijkheden in kaart. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie ligt ook deels binnen projectcontrol. Je volgt de financiële voortgang van projecten, bewaakt marges, mijlpalen en facturatiemomenten en helpt om meer grip te krijgen op voor- en nacalculaties, meerwerk en faalkosten. Je krijgt de ruimte om verbetertrajecten te initiëren en te begeleiden op het gebied van financiële processen, datastromen, rapportages en automatisering. Je draagt bij aan betere datakwaliteit en helpt de organisatie om financiële en operationele informatie slimmer en consistenter te gebruiken. Je werkt vanuit twee locaties en bent onderdeel van de financiële organisatie van de Nederlandse BV's (Weekamp Deuren en Skantrae).
