Vanuit jouw onafhankelijke positie weet jij verbinding te maken tussen de verschillende vakgebieden. Je adviseert hoe de organisatie de gestelde doelen doeltreffend, doelmatig en rechtmatig kan behalen. Je krijgt ad-hoc businessvragen binnen die je vanuit je financiële achtergrond oppakt. Als businesscontroller ben jij veelal de spin in het web bij verschillende gremia, werkgroepen en overleggen. Daarnaast vallen de volgende werkzaamheden onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid: - Optreden als financieel sparringpartner en counterpart voor management en directie - Aansturen, coördineren en doorontwikkelen van de interne P&C-cyclus - Borgen dat domeinbelangen tijdig, volledig en strategisch zijn ingebed in de organisatiebrede P&C-cyclus - Opstellen, analyseren en borgen van heldere en gevalideerde (financiële) managementrapportages en dashboards - Signaleren van strategische kansen en risico's en adviseren over passende beheersmaatregelen - Gevraagd en ongevraagd (financieel) advies geven aan de domeinen - Initiëren en realiseren van innovatieve oplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken - Aanscherpen van controles en versterken van de financiële beheersing - Verbinding creëren, stakeholders enthousiasmeren en overtuigend adviseren en presenteren Wat vragen wij?
