Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Business Controller (m/v/x) in de regio Mechelen..

Het is een internationale en dynamische onderneming actief binnen de voedingssector.

Jouw functie

Als Business Controller ben je een cruciale sparringpartner voor de business en sta je in voor de financiële opvolging, rapportering en analyse van verschillende activiteiten binnen de organisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

Maandelijkse afsluiting en rapportering

  • Analyseren van werkelijke kosten versus budgetten en provisies;
  • Opzetten en opvolgen van provisies in nauwe samenwerking met Marketing en Sales;
  • Controleren van commerciële voorwaarden en vergelijken met budgetten;
  • Opvolgen van doorfacturaties;
  • Uitvoeren van stockcontroles en voorraadanalyses;
  • Verwerken en controleren van logistieke kosten;
  • Afstemmen met de boekhouding rond afsluitingsactiviteiten;
  • Input verzorgen voor de groepsrapportering en consolidatie.

Analyse en Business Intelligence

  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van rapporteringen in Power BI;
  • Opstellen van managementrapporten en het analyseren van resultaten;
  • Verdelen en alloceren van kosten;
  • Bespreken van financiële rapporten met interne stakeholders;
  • Identificeren van risico's, opportuniteiten en optimalisaties.

Budgettering en Forecasting

  • Coördineren van het budget- en forecastingproces;
  • Opbouwen en analyseren van budgetten;
  • Uitwerken van simulaties rond prijswijzigingen, marges, commerciële voorwaarden en kostenevoluties;
  • Ondersteunen van strategische besluitvorming op basis van financiële analyses.

Business Partnering

  • Financiële ondersteuning bieden aan de Marketing- en Salesafdelingen;
  • Opvolgen van specifieke sectorgebonden verplichtingen en rapporteringen;
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntiewinsten.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Finance, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting;
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen controlling, audit of financial analysis;
  • Je bent sterk in financiële analyses en rapportering;
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en werkt vlot met BI-tools zoals Power BI;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet complexe financiële informatie helder toe te lichten;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en proactief;
  • Je bent een echte business partner die graag samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
