Voor een innovatieve organisatie in volle transformatie zijn we op zoek naar een Business Controller in Antwerpen. Als financiële sparringpartner van management, accountmanagers en projectverantwoordelijken vertaal je cijfers naar inzichten en inzichten naar beslissingen. Daarnaast bouw je mee aan een vernieuwde, professionele Finance-werking, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bereidt budgetten voor klanten, projecten, investeringen en exploitatie voor, maakt ze op en volgt ze op.
  • Je werkt forecasts en budgetscenario's uit en vertaalt ze naar een accurate cash- en budgetplanning.
  • Je bewaakt de realisaties en analyseert afwijkingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de financiële voorbereiding van meerjarenplannen en budgetaanpassingen.
  • Je levert de cijfermatige onderbouwing voor budgetkeuzes, investeringen en exploitatiebeslissingen.
  • Je activeert budgetten op basis van concrete businesscases en controleert of de vertaling correct, volledig en traceerbaar is.
  • Je berekent de financiële impact van nieuwe projecten, wijzigingen en investeringen.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen op over budget, forecast, realisatiegraad, kosten en projectstatus.
  • Je beheert budgettaire masterdata in SAP (budgetadressen, WBS-elementen, verdeelsleutels) en bewaakt de kwaliteit ervan.
  • Je bouwt samen met de Performance Finance Lead mee aan KPI's, dashboards en performance metrics.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in controlling, finance, business analyse of budgetbeheer.
  • Je bent zeer sterk in Excel en financiële modellering; kennis van Power BI is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met SAP of SAP S/4HANA is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers, modelleert ze en haalt er nieuwe inzichten uit.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan financiële gegevens vertalen naar acties voor niet-financiële collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwgezet en zelfstandig en neemt initiatief om zaken uit te pluizen en op te starten.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een veranderende omgeving en bent resultaatgericht, ook onder deadlines.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT en interesse in bedrijfsprocessen.
