Bouw jij mee aan de financiële besturing van de energietransitie? SFP Group behoort tot de snelst groeiende bedrijven binnen de Nederlandse groengassector. Vanuit onze ambitie om de energietransitie te versnellen ontwikkelen, bouwen en exploiteren wij grootschalige installaties waarin organische reststromen worden omgezet naar groen gas en organische meststoffen. Onze eerste installaties draaien of zijn volop in ontwikkeling in Westdorpe, Harlingen en Farmsum, terwijl nieuwe projecten al in voorbereiding zijn. Hierdoor groeit niet alleen onze productiecapaciteit, maar ook de behoefte aan betrouwbare financiële stuurinformatie. Daarom zoeken wij een Business Controller die verder kijkt dan de cijfers. Iemand die graag midden in de operatie staat, processen wil verbeteren en het management helpt betere beslissingen te nemen. Jouw uitdaging Als Business Controller maak je inzichtelijk hoe onze productielocaties presteren. Waar je verbetermogelijkheden ziet. En hoe we die kunnen implementeren. Je bent de financiële sparringpartner van de Directie, Inkopers en Plant Managers en zorgt ervoor dat zij altijd beschikken over de juiste stuurinformatie. Je valt rechtstreeks onder de CFO van SFP. Je verdeelt je tijd tussen ons hoofdkantoor en de verschillende productielocaties, waardoor je de operatie écht leert kennen. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de financiële resultaten van vandaag, maar bouwt ook mee aan de organisatie van morgen. Wat zijn je taken? Business Control - Samen met Financial Control verantwoordelijk voor de financiële rapportages van de verschillende plants. - (Mede) opstellen van maandrapportages, managementrapportages en KPI-dashboards. - In samenwerking met Financial Control opstellen van budgetten, forecast en meerjarenplannen. - Uitvoeren van kostprijsanalyses en rendementsberekeningen. - Variantieanalyses op productie, grondstoffen, energieverbruik en operationele kosten. - Rapporteren over open posities; - Analyseren ...
