Robert Half is op zoek naar een Business Controller (m/v/x) - regio Beringen

Onze klant is een stabiele en groeiende internationale organisatie met een belangrijke logistieke en financiële hub in Limburg.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als Business Controller (m/v/x):

  • Je fungeert als rechterhand van de Finance Manager en treedt op als business partner voor verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Je stelt maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen en KPI-analyses op en helpt mee bouwen aan verdere rapporteringsoptimalisatie, onder meer richting Power BI.
  • Je staat in voor cash forecasting en voert grondige variantieanalyses uit.
  • Je bereidt transfer pricing dossiers voor en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van periodieke groepsrapporteringen op kwartaalbasis.
  • Je ondersteunt de Finance Manager bij de jaarlijkse budgetvoorbereiding en volgt budgetafwijkingen op.
  • Je analyseert verschillen ten opzichte van budget en forecast en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor de business.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits.
  • Je detecteert procesverbeteringen en zet deze mee om in concrete acties.
  • Je neemt deel aan finance projecten rond onder meer e-invoicing, e-reporting en treasury en coördineert deze mee.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je behaalde minimaal een bachelordiploma in Finance, Accountancy of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen finance in een internationale omgeving.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in controlling en business partnering.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van accountingprincipes, fiscaliteit, compliance en internationale rapportering.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem en voelt je vlot in een omgeving in transitie naar een nieuw systeem.
  • Je hebt kennis van IFRS en affiniteit met BE GAAP.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt zeer sterk met Excel en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van PowerPoint, Outlook, Word en bij voorkeur Power BI.
  • Je denkt analytisch en kijkt verder dan historische cijfers om de business toekomstgericht te ondersteunen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook in een omgeving waar prioriteiten snel kunnen wijzigen.
  • Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig en tegelijk een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met collega's uit Finance, Sales en Operations.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet professioneel om te gaan met verschillende stakeholders.
