Als Business Controller vorm jij de onmisbare brug tussen de operationele business en finance. Je duikt diep in de cijfers, analyseert processen, identificeert groeimogelijkheden en vertaalt complexe data naar heldere inzichten voor het management en de directie.

Jouw uitdaging en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Management Reporting & Analyse: Je trekt de maandelijkse managementrapportage en voert diepgaande variantie-analyses uit op de analytische P&L, HR-rapporten, IT, Marketing en operationele kosten.
  • Budgettering & Forecasting: Je neemt de leiding in de voorbereiding van het jaarlijkse budget en stelt herprovisies (reforecasts) op gedurende het jaar.
  • Closing & Marge-reconciliatie: Je biedt ondersteuning bij de maandafsluiting en staat in voor de reconciliatie van de brutomarge tussen de rapportage en de boekhouding.
  • Operationele Sturing & KPI’s: Je volgt de wekelijkse productiecadans op en monitort KPI's zoals voorraad, doorlooptijden, website-KPI's en GPU (Gross Profit per Unit).
  • Strategic & Board Support: Je ondersteunt de CFO & CEO met grondige analyses en presentaties voor de aandeelhouders (budgetten, business reviews en ad-hoc vragen).
  • Business- & Dashboardingprojecten: In nauwe samenwerking met operationele teams (zoals het Reconditioning Center en Aftersales) bouw je nieuwe dashboards en reporting tools om marges en processen te optimaliseren.

Opleiding & Ervaring:

  • Master in Finance, Economics of een gelijkwaardige kwantitatieve richting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Business Controller.

Kennis & Vaardigheden:

  • Tooling: Ervaring met PowerBI, boekhoudsoftware en ERP-systemen (zoals Acenter) is een groot pluspunt.
  • Talen: Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Basiskennis van het Frans is vereist.
  • Excellente Excel-skills: Hoge mate van vaardigheid in MS Excel is een absolute vereiste.

  • Business Acumen & Analytische Geest: Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en stelt kritische vragen ("questioning mind") om efficiëntiewinst te realiseren.
  • Communicatief & Stressbestendig: Je bent besluitvaardig, sterk in het presenteren van resultaten en presteert optimaal in een deadline-gedreven omgeving.
  • Verbindingsbouwer: Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen directieniveau, het accountingteam, IT en operationele teamleads op de vloer.

Wat verwachten we na jouw eerste 3 maanden?

  • Je beheerst en genereert de bestaande rapportages volledig zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt een specifiek dashboard ontwikkeld voor een afdeling (bijv. verkooppunten-analyse of IT-kostenrapport).
  • Je hebt een grondig inzicht opgebouwd in de link tussen boekhouding, urenregistratie en onderdelenprocessen binnen ons Reconditioning Center.
