Als Business Controller ben jij veel meer dan een financiële specialist. Je bent een kritische sparringpartner voor management en directie, en neemt van nature initiatief om de organisatie verder groeien met scherpe inzichten en datagedreven advies. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? - Een salaris tussen de 5000-6500 euro bruto - 25 vakantiedagen - Goede pensioenregeling - Reiskostenvergoeding - Een fulltime functie van 36-40 uur, waarbij je bij 36 uur 1x per 2 weken een dag vrij hebt. Ben je super passend, dan is 32 uur bespreekbaar. De organisatie is echt plat en de lijntjes kort. De collega's werken op kantoor zodat iedereen daadwerkelijk bij elkaar naar binnen kan lopen. Er zijn gezellige bedrijfsfeesten en je valt onder de CAO kaaspakhuis. Over de functie Als Business Controller vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen finance en de business. Je vertaalt financiële data naar heldere stuurinformatie en ondersteunt management en directie bij strategische en tactische beslissingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Finance, Operations, Sales en Demand Planning. Het finance team bestaat uit 6 collega's, maar jij werkt nauw samen met 3 collega om te sparren over de toekomst. - Je stelt managementrapportages, budgetten en forecasts op en vertaalt cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten. - Met analyses van marges, kostprijzen, investeringen en businesscases signaleer je kansen en risico's en kom je met concrete verbetervoorstellen. - Daarnaast ontwikkel en onderhoud je Power BI-dashboards en zorg je voor betrouwbare KPI-rapportages die de organisatie helpen vooruit te kijken. - Ook ondersteun je de finance-afdeling bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, analyses, aangiftes en uiteen...
