Als Business Controller ben je veel meer dan een financiële expert. Je fungeert als business partner voor verschillende afdelingen, vertaalt data naar heldere inzichten en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei en performantie van de organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen en analyseren van managementrapporteringen, budgetten en forecasts
  • Monitoren van financiële en operationele prestaties aan de hand van KPI's en heldere analyses
  • Fungeren als financiële sparringpartner voor operationele verantwoordelijken en management
  • Uitdagen van budgetten, businesscases en forecasts en signaleren van risico's en opportuniteiten
  • Uitvoeren van rendabiliteits-, cashflow- en ad-hocanalyses ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen
  • Ondersteunen van CAPEX-analyses en investeringsdossiers
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van rapporteringstools, financiële processen en interne controles
  • Meewerken aan innovatieve projecten rond digitalisering, automatisering en AI
  • Vertalen van financiële inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties voor de business

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Economie, TEW of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling of gelijkaardige rol
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een uitgesproken business mindset
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI-tools
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Zelfstandige, gestructureerde en proactieve werkhouding

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met Power BI, Power Query of CPM-tools
  • Ervaring met investeringsanalyses, cashflowrapportering of businesscases
  • Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie, automatisering of AI-projecten
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale of logistieke omgeving
