Als Business Controller bij de Bijenkorf ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel Finance als Commercie. Je vertaalt cijfers naar inzichten, ondersteunt strategische beslissingen en helpt de organisatie vooruit met heldere analyses en betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Je werkt binnen een jong en ambitieus controllingteam en krijgt volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jij bent continu bezig met het analyseren van prestaties, het signaleren van kansen en het ondersteunen van de business bij belangrijke beslissingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen van omzet- en margebudgetten en forecasts in samenwerking met de commerciële teams; - Het uitvoeren van scenarioanalyses en het doorrekenen van business cases; - Het verzorgen van betrouwbare managementinformatie en het ondersteunen van de maandafsluiting; - Het monitoren van resultaten en het vertalen van data naar concrete inzichten; - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en het adviseren van stakeholders binnen de organisatie; - Het beantwoorden van ad-hoc vraagstukken vanuit de business, Finance en internationale collega's.
