Business Controller - 29-09-2026 - Amsterdam - fulltime - wo - intermediair Financial Controller Klaar voor een rol waarin jij de financiële koers mede bepaalt? Als financial controller bij TMI in Amsterdam werk je 32 tot 40 uur per week. Jij krijgt de regie over de planning- en controlcyclus, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de maandafsluiting en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten. Interesse? Je houdt je bezig met: - Het tijdig en correct verwerken van financiële cijfers en afsluitdocumentatie voor de maandafsluiting; - Het controleren van specificaties die door de GL accountant zijn aangeleverd; - Het coördineren van de eindejaarscontrole en afstemmen met externe accountants; - Het analyseren van financiële resultaten van meerdere entiteiten; - Het opstellen van liquiditeitsprognoses; - Het afstemmen van budgetten en afwijkingen met teamleiders; - Het ontwerpen en bewaken van de planning- en controlcyclus; - Het meedenken over de ideale inrichting van de financiële administratie, zoals grootboekrekeningen, kostenplaatsen en andere dimensies; - Het analyseren van productiviteits-KPI s; - Het bewaken van naleving van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving; - Het verbeteren van administratieve processen in nauwe samenwerking met de manager Finance Operations. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij TMI, een internationale detacheerder in de zorg. De afdeling Finance is volop in ontwikkeling en richt zich op betere financiële data, meer inzicht, automatisering en de inzet van AI. Ook actuele thema s, zoals de nieuwe Wet Loontransparantie, spelen hierbij een rol. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin kwaliteit, vernieuwing en professionalisering centraal staan.
