Je komt te werken voor een bedrijf met zo'n 300 collega's in dienst, verdeeld over meerdere vestigingen in Nederland. Het bedrijf is financieel gezond en staat bekend als één van de meest vooruitstrevende en duurzame projectontwikkelaars in de regio Arnhem. Zij zijn inmiddels betrokken geweest bij honderden grootschalige bouwprojecten verspreid door Nederland en hebben een groot en tevreden bestand aan klanten op weten bouwen in de ruim 60 jaar die zij bestaan. De functie: In deze functie kom je terecht op de afdeling controlling, die naast jou uit nog vier collega's bestaat. Je krijgt een brede functie, waarbij je je zowel bezig gaat houden met facetten van zowel business als project control. Zo ga je o.a. aan de slag met: - Het verder optimaliseren van het dashboarding- en rapportageproces en PowerBI; - Het opstellen van rapportages en het presenteren hiervan aan diverse stakeholders (directieniveau); - Het leveren van sturingsinformatie aan deze stakeholders t.b.v. de verbetering van de bedrijfsvoering; - Het optimaliseren van de P&C cylcus; - Project control, waarbij jij de sparringpartner bent voor diverse betrokkenen en de financiële koers bewaakt gedurende de looptijd; - Het opstellen van financiële KPI's. Waar nodig stuur je gedurende het jaar bij; - Budgettering en forecasting; - Het initiëren van verbeterprojecten op de financiële afdeling, waarbij je veel vrijheid krijgt in het bewerkstelligen van efficiëntieslagen. Gevraagd profiel: - Minimaal een hbo-diploma in een financiële richting; - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke positie; - Ervaring in een projectenorganisatie is een grote pre; - Goede communicatieve skills in zowel Engels als Nederlands; - Kennis van PowerBI is een pre.
