Voor Deli Home , het bedrijf achter bekende merken als Skantrae, Weekamp Deuren, CanDo en Lundia , zoeken wij een Business Controller die een sleutelrol wil vervullen binnen de Business Unit Deuren. In deze functie ben je veel meer dan verantwoordelijk voor rapportages en analyses; jij bent de financiële sparringpartner die met heldere inzichten en strategisch advies bijdraagt aan de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een internationale organisatie waar innovatie, digitalisering en samenwerking centraal staan. Hier krijg je de ruimte om impact te maken en actief mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van de organisatie. Functie-informatie Als Business Controller zorg jij ervoor dat financiële inzichten daadwerkelijk leiden tot betere beslissingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het management en verschillende afdelingen en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, analyseren en interpreteren van financiële rapportages en managementinformatie. - Vertalen van financiële en operationele data naar heldere adviezen voor management en directie. - Opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en businesscases. - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en afwijkingen en hierover proactief adviseren. - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van dashboards en stuurinformatie. - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van finance, data en processen. - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en audits. - Intensief samenwerken met collega's van verschillende vestigingen en disciplines.
