Business controller - Den Bosch - 2 maanden geleden geplaatst Koning Willem I College Het Koning Willem I College bevindt zich in een periode van organisatieontwikkeling. De komende jaren staan onder andere in het teken van de fusie met ROC Rivor per 1 januari 2027 en de organisatorische doorontwikkeling om per 1 augustus 2027 vanuit communities te gaan werken. Binnen deze dynamiek krijg jij als business controller de kans om niet alleen je vakgebied te versterken, maar ook actief bij te dragen aan de optimalisatie van systemen, processen en teams. Als business controller maak je deel uit van het team Control, wat onderdeel is van de afdeling Financiën & Control. Het team bestaat uit vijf controllers en twee vakspecialisten projectsubsidies. Je werkt nauw samen met directeuren, management en (onderwijs)afdelingen en rapporteert aan de Manager Control. Als team werken we met een toekomstgerichte blik en adviseren we over uiteenlopende complexe financiële vraagstukken. Richting de directeuren vervul je een cruciale adviesrol. Je neemt het voortouw in de jaarlijkse (meerjaren-)begroting en bent kartrekker bij financiële vraagstukken, zoals verantwoording publiek/privaat en advisering over invulling van de huisvestingsstrategie. Daarnaast stel je periodieke managementrapportages op en zorg je voor diepgaande analyses van financiële gegevens. Jouw input is essentieel bij het doorrekenen van meerjarige financiële consequenties en het verbeteren van managementinformatie. Met jouw scherpe blik bouw je mee aan een organisatie die een duidelijke financiële visie en sturing heeft.
