Bij Vion bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige voedselketen. Dat doen we met vakmanschap, technologie en vooral met mensen die durven verbeteren. Daarom starten we een nieuw Diagnose Team: een gespecialiseerd team dat onze productielocaties helpt om slimmer, efficiënter en winstgevender te werken. Niet vanaf een afstand. Maar op de werkvloer. Als Business Controller in het Diagnose Team analyseer je waar prestaties kunnen verbeteren - en vertaal je data naar concrete acties die echt verschil maken. Je werkt op verschillende productielocaties, spreekt met operators, managers en controllers en ontdekt waar processen slimmer kunnen. Wat jij ontdekt, leidt tot echte verandering. Met vertrouwen samen impact maken. Dat is werken bij Vion. Jouw impact Jij brengt cijfers, operatie en mensen samen. Samen met het Diagnose Team voer je fact-based diagnoses uit op onze productielocaties. Geen theoretische rapporten, maar analyses die leiden tot structurele verbeteringen. Je onderzoekt vragen als: - Waar ontstaan kosten écht? - Waar verdwijnt marge in het proces? - Waar zit structurele verspilling? - Waar lopen planning of productiestromen vast? Je combineert: Data-analyse P&L, ERP-data, kostprijsopbouw, KPI-dashboards Observaties op de werkvloer Je kijkt hoe processen daadwerkelijk verlopen Gesprekken met teams Operators, planners, controllers en management Op basis daarvan bouw je sterke businesscases voor verbeteringen. Verbeteringen die niet alleen op papier bestaan, maar daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Wat deze rol uniek maakt Dit is geen standaard controlling rol. Je werkt Vion-breed, over locaties en functies heen. - Je bezoekt jaarlijks 11 productielocaties - Per locatie werk je twee keer twee weken on-site - Je werkt direct samen met operations...
