Business Controller Financieel talent met stevige ambitie - Almelo - HBO - 38-40 Functieprofiel AutoHaarhuis groeit. In activiteiten, vestigingen en verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen. Die groei vraagt ook om een verdere professionalisering van Finance. Daarom zoeken wij een ambitieuze Business Controller die niet alleen goed is met cijfers, maar vooral begrijpt wat die cijfers betekenen voor de onderneming. Je start dicht op de financiële operatie en werkt samen met de huidige Finance Manager. Vanuit daar krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je stelt periodieke rapportages en forecasts op, ontwikkelt dashboards en KPI's en brengt de resultaten van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen overzichtelijk bij elkaar. Je analyseert waar geld wordt verdiend, waar resultaten achterblijven en vertaalt dit naar concrete stuurinformatie voor management en directie. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de rapportage alleen. Je maakt liquiditeitsprognoses, werkt aan financieringsvraagstukken en scenarioanalyses en helpt financiële processen slimmer en beter in te richten. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking met de managers van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en geeft input aan verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Geen uitgebreide analyses omdat het kan, maar informatie waarmee AutoHaarhuis daadwerkelijk betere beslissingen kan nemen. Het is vanuit deze rol wenselijk om vanuit je eigen professionaliteit, gevraagd en ongevraagd advies te geven ten behoeve van de inrichting en procesverbetering op het gebied van rapportages. Het leiden van trajecten op het gebied van kostenbeheersing en efficiencyverhoging is bekend terrein. Je bent communicatief vaardig, bekend met verandertrajecten en neemt graag het voortouw. Dit is nadrukkelijk een functie met perspectief. Je krijgt de tijd om AutoHaarhuis en alle financiële processen goed te leren kennen en groeit de komende jaren mee met de organisatie.
