Voor onze opdrachtgever in Terneuzen zoeken we een business controller. In deze tactische (en deels strategische) rol als business controller vertaal je complexe data naar concrete adviezen die in de praktijk uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Je bent een sparringpartner voor het management, clustermanagers en medisch specialisten en je speelt een belangrijke rol in het professionaliseren van planning- en controlprocessen. Wat ga je onder andere doen als business controller? - Adviseren op basis van bedrijfseconomische analyses en tijdig financiële risico's signaleren; - Benchmarkgegevens analyseren en vertalen naar concrete verbetermogelijkheden; - Actief bijdragen aan het begrotingsproces en budgetten opstellen; - De PDCA-cyclus borgen en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen; - Stuurinformatie en managementrapportages ontwikkelen en implementeren. Waarom zoeken we jou? - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële of economische richting afgerond; - Ervaring als business controller of in een vergelijkbare functie is mooi meegenomen; - Met jouw analytische vaardigheden weet je financiële data te begrijpen en te vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen; - Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt goed communiceren met verschillende stakeholders; - Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) aan kan vragen.
