Je werkt nauw samen met de Finance Director en Finance Manager en ontwikkelt je in hoog tempo tot een volwaardige business partner voor management en commercie. Binnen het King of Reach segment ondersteun je management bij het nemen van betere commerciële en financiële beslissingen. Je analyseert prestaties, signaleert kansen en risico's en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten die direct impact hebben op de business. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere professionalisering van Finance. Niet alleen door analyses uit te voeren, maar ook door processen te optimaliseren, rapportages te verbeteren en actief mee te denken over nieuwe initiatieven. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Analyseren en bewaken van de financiële performance van het King of Reach segment - Adviseren van management en commercie op basis van financiële en operationele inzichten - Opstellen van rapportages, budgetten, forecasts en business analyses - Signaleren van kansen, risico's en verbeterpotentieel binnen de business - Optimaliseren van processen, rapportages en stuurinformatie - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten binnen Finance en de organisatie Wij vragen Dit ben jij Je bent analytisch sterk, nieuwsgierig en kijkt graag verder dan alleen de cijfers....
