Over de organisatie Voor een toonaangevende en sterk groeiende speler binnen de automotive sector zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Business Controller. Ben jij analytisch sterk, denk je graag mee op strategisch niveau en haal je energie uit het optimaliseren van financiële processen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Business Controller neem je een sleutelrol op binnen het finance team en draag je actief bij aan de financiële en operationele sturing van de organisatie. Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Tijdige en gedetailleerde financiële en operationele rapportering aan de directie met behulp van rapportagesoftware en BI-tools
  • Ondersteunen van het financieel beleid en meewerken aan een correcte financiële rapportering
  • Opvolgen, analyseren en monitoren van operationele en financiële KPI's
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen tussen budget en gerealiseerde cijfers en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen
  • Optimaliseren van processen en interne controles binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie
  • Identificeren van synergieën tussen verschillende business units
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van het werkkapitaal, waaronder voorraad, vorderingen en schulden
  • Coördineren van het jaarlijkse budgetproces en opstellen van forecasts
  • Ontwikkelen van dashboards en managementrapporteringen
  • Rapporteren aan de Controlling Manager

Jouw profiel Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische professional die financiële expertise combineert met een hands-on mentaliteit. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante ervaring
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een kritische mindset
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en van het Nederlands
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI-tools is een belangrijke troef
  • Een sterke focus op efficiëntie, optimalisatie en continue verbetering
