Business Controller (m/v/x) - Regio Nieuwpoort

Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in zijn sector, is Robert Half op zoek naar een Business Controller (m/v/x). De organisatie maakt deel uit van een grotere groep.

Je komt terecht in een Finance- en adminteam van 7 personen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO, die je voornaamste sparringpartner wordt. Het team bestaat uit collega's die de operationele werking van het bedrijf door en door kennen, met een stabiele omgeving & lage turnover. Wie ambitie heeft, kan op termijn doorgroeien richting het hoofdkantoor

Functieomschrijving

Als Business Controller (m/v/x) speel je een sleutelrol in de professionalisering van de financiële rapportering en de ERP-transitie. Je takenpakket omvat:

  • Opzetten en up-to-date houden van correcte standaard kostprijzen per product.
  • Analyseren van marges per klant, site en producttype, met focus op rendabiliteit.
  • Opvolgen van voorraadposities over meerdere depots.
  • Maandelijkse rapportering aan het management.
  • Bijdragen aan een snellere en efficiëntere rapporteringscyclus.
  • Opzetten van business cases voor CAPEX-investeringen.
  • Mee uitrollen van Power BI-rapportering.
  • Diepteanalyses op rendement per site, per productie-eenheid en per klant.
  • Ondersteuning bij aankoopboekingen en financiële opvolging van nieuwe investeringen.
  • Samenwerking met het groepshoofdkantoor voor groepsrapportering en consolidatie.

Wie zoekt onze klant?

  • Master in een economische of financiële richting; een achtergrond in audit (Big 4 of middelgroot kantoor) is zeker een mogelijkheid.
  • Minimum 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een controlling- of analytische functie.
  • Ervaring met MS Dynamics of SAP is een sterke troef.
  • Interesse in of ervaring met Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met ERP-implementaties en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Positief ingesteld & proactief is.
  • Nederlands is vereist; Frans is een pluspunt.
