Jobomschrijving

Als senior business controller ben je de rechterhand van de finance manager en neem je volgende taken op:

  • Rapportering & performance monitoring: Je staat in voor nauwkeurige maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapporteringen en bewaakt de financiële prestaties van de organisatie.
  • Budgettering & forecasting: Je coördineert het budget- en forecastproces en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Business partnering: Je ondersteunt de business met financiële inzichten en fungeert als sparringpartner bij strategische en operationele beslissingen.
  • Kostenbeheersing & optimalisatie: Je detecteert opportuniteiten om kosten te optimaliseren, efficiëntie te verhogen en processen verder te verbeteren.
  • Financiële analyses & business insights: Je analyseert financiële resultaten, trends en KPI's en vertaalt deze naar concrete aanbevelingen voor het management.
  • Projecten & investeringsanalyses: Je levert financiële ondersteuning bij projecten, stelt business cases op en beoordeelt de rendabiliteit van investeringen.
  • Data-analyse & continue verbetering: Je gebruikt BI- en analysetools om complexe data om te zetten in heldere inzichten en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van controllingprocessen

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende criteria:

  • Masterdiploma in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of gelijkaardig.
  • Min. 7 jaar ervaring als Business Controller of gelijkaardige functie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterk analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en neemt initiatief.
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel en ervaring met SAP en BI-tools
