Als business controller kun je aan de slag binnen het team Business Control van hetCentraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA). Jij bent straks de business partner, oftewelde rechterhand en sparringspartner, voor het Regiomanagement voor de reguliereopvang van de directie Opvang & Begeleiding in Regio Midden-Zuid (Zuid-Holland,Utrecht en Gelderland). We hebben het land opgedeeld in vier regio's (Noord, Midden-Noord, Midden-Zuid en Zuid). Je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en je adviseertop het gebied van tactische en operationele vraagstukken. Zo houd je je bezig met debegroting en stel je rapportages op. Risico's worden gemitigeerd en kansen wordenbenut dankzij jouw signalerende houding en participatie in de ontwikkeling van Planning& Control-werkzaamheden. Als business controller bij het COA… adviseer en ondersteun jij het Regio MT Midden-Zuid binnen de directie O&B oversturing, beheersing en bedrijfsrisico's van de primaire en ondersteunende processen.Hiertoe lever je vooral een vakinhoudelijke en signalerende bijdrage om deze processente beheren, onderhouden en verbeteren. Op het gebied van effectiviteit, kwaliteit,verdeling en besteding van middelen stel je verbetervoorstellen op. Ook houd je je bezigmet het maken van (geconsolideerde) stuur- en verantwoordingsrapportages. Aan dehand van de rapportages adviseer je het regiomanagement op tactisch en operationeelgebied. Wat betekent jouw rol? De externe begroting vanuit het ministerie vertalen naar een doelmatige COA begroting.
