Curamare Logo Business controller Dirksland - Centraal Kantoor HBO 24-36 Bij CuraMare werken we volop aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze afdeling Financiën & Control. Om deze groei verder vorm te geven, zoeken wij meerdere Business Controllers. Professionals die verder kijken dan de cijfers alleen, verbinding maken met de praktijk en bijdragen aan betere sturing én toekomstbestendige zorg. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Controller ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor managers en teamleiders binnen één of meerdere organisatieonderdelen van CuraMare. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, expertise en interesses kijken we samen welk aandachtsgebied het beste bij je past. Momenteel zoeken we versterking binnen onder andere de VVT-zorg en de ondersteunende diensten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen, analyseren en verbeteren van managementrapportages; - Het ondersteunen van de planning- en controlcyclus; - Het actief bijdragen aan maandafsluitingen en financiële analyses; - Het signaleren van trends, risico's en verbetermogelijkheden; - Het bijdragen aan het verbeteren van stuurinformatie, dashboards en managementinformatie; - Het adviseren van managers over financiële vraagstukken en bedrijfsvoering; - Het ondersteunen bij businesscases en organisatieontwikkelingen; - Het leggen van verbanden tussen cijfers, processen en de dagelijkse zorgpraktijk; - Het actief deelnemen aan relevante netwerken en benchmarkinitiatieven. Naast de inhoud van het werk krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over de verdere koers van de afdeling. Het afgelopen jaar hebben we belangrijke stappen gezet binnen Financiën & Control. Deze ontwikkeling willen we verder voortzetten en daarvoor zoeken we collega's die actief willen meebouwen. Hoe ziet je team eruit?
