En tant que Business Controller, vous prenez en charge les activités de contrôle de gestion, de reporting et de planification budgétaire au sein d’une entreprise industrielle internationale.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Coordonner et réaliser les clôtures mensuelles de gestion.
  • Analyser les résultats ainsi que l’évolution des marges de production et de vente.
  • Élaborer le budget annuel et les différentes révisions budgétaires.
  • Collaborer avec les responsables des différents départements.
  • Réaliser des analyses de coûts, de rentabilité et de performance.
  • Fournir les calculs nécessaires à la détermination des prix de vente.
  • Suivre la productivité, les déchets, le recyclage et les écarts de production.
  • Participer à la clôture annuelle et aux audits.
  • Contribuer au suivi des objectifs énergétiques et environnementaux.
  • Optimiser et automatiser les procédures de contrôle et de reporting.
  • Formuler des recommandations financières à destination du management.
  • Master en économie, gestion ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Une première expérience en contrôle de gestion est demandée.
  • Environ deux ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire constituent un atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
  • Expérience avec un ERP ; la connaissance d’Odoo est un plus.
  • Niveau professionnel en anglais, minimum B2.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Rigoureux, organisé, proactif et autonome.
  • Flexible et doté d’un bon esprit d’équipe.
  • Intérêt pour l’environnement industriel et l’amélioration continue.
