Onze klant is een toonaangevende logistieke partner gespecialiseerd in supply chain-oplossingen en intermodaal transport. Vanuit de hoofdzetel in Zeebrugge verbindt de organisatie Europese markten via datagedreven en efficiente processen. Voor hen zijn we op zoek naar een enthouisaste en gemotiveerde business Controller. Je komt terecht in een klein, slagkrachtig finance-team met korte communicatielijnen naar de groepscontroller en de CFO.

Grijp je kans om als gedreven business controller impact te maken in de logistieke hub van Zeebrugge. Je stapt af van louter rapporteren en groeit uit tot de strategische sparringpartner die warehousemanagers en directie proactief uitdaagt. Je krijgt een intensieve inwerkperiode binnen een hecht team om snel volledig autonoom te schitteren.

  • Masterdiploma in een economische of financiele richting of een gelijkwaardig analytisch denkniveau.
  • Minstens 4 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een controllingrol waarin je aantoont stevig in je schoenen te staan.
  • Grondige kennis van Excel en Power BI om datagedreven processen vlot te sturen.
  • Communicatieve flair en de durf om kritische aannames constructief te challengen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Coordineren van het budget- en forecastproces voor jouw operationele businessunits om toekomstgerichte groei te garanderen.
  • Analyseren van managementrapporteringen, cashflow en CAPEX om scherpe strategische inzichten te leveren.
  • Uitdagen van operationele verantwoordelijken op basis van KPI's en het omzetten van data naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Optimaliseren van innovatieve rapporteringstools en controlesystemen met een sterke focus op AI en procesautomatisering.
