Business Controller & Data Analyst | €77.000 + Bedrijfswagen | Foodservice

Voor een internationale organisatie binnen foodservice en hospitality zoeken we in de regio Ninove een Business Controller & Data Analyst die Finance, Data en de business dichter bij elkaar brengt.

Vanuit de productiesite in Ninove bouw je mee aan een meer datagedreven organisatie. Je combineert businesscontrolling met Power BI, procesautomatisering en diepgaande analyses die het management ondersteunen bij commerciële en operationele beslissingen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert Power BI-rapporten en dashboards, zodat financiële en operationele prestaties snel en betrouwbaar kunnen worden opgevolgd.
  • Je brengt verschillende databronnen samen en bouwt mee aan een professionele BI-omgeving met Power BI en Microsoft Fabric.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en operationele KPI's en vertaalt afwijkingen, trends en opportuniteiten naar concrete adviezen voor het management.
  • Je voert kostprijs-, marge- en prijsanalyses uit voor nieuwe producten, menu's en seizoensconcepten en maakt de impact op omzet en rendement inzichtelijk.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Operations, Marketing en F&B en helpt deze teams om data beter te gebruiken bij hun beslissingen.
  • Je identificeert mogelijkheden voor verdere automatisering en ondersteunt de uitrol van BI-, data- en AI-toepassingen binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je hebt een master in Finance, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting en minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen controlling, audit of een analytische financefunctie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Power BI en een sterke interesse in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, datamodellen en procesautomatisering.
  • Je combineert financieel inzicht met sterke analytische vaardigheden en kunt complexe informatie helder vertalen naar bruikbare aanbevelingen.
  • Je bent hands-on, proactief en communicatief sterk en neemt zelfstandig ownership over projecten en analyses.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt en je bent bereid om in Ninove te werken.
