Business Controller | €80.000 + bedrijfswagen

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in het financieel sturen van een innovatieve productieonderneming in de regio Gent? Voor een internationaal actieve producent van geavanceerde robots zoeken we een Business Controller die met scherpe analyses en financiële inzichten bijdraagt aan het optimaliseren van de bedrijfsresultaten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management. Dan is deze uitdaging zeker iets voor jou. Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, evalueren en bijsturen van financiële forecasts en budgetten. Je analyseert kosten, opbrengsten en afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties. Je ondersteunt managers bij het bewaken van kosten en marges en zorgt voor tijdige en accurate rapportages. Daarnaast implementeer je financiële KPI's en bewaak je de naleving van procedures binnen jouw toegewezen gebieden.

Het takenpakket

  • Je bereidt en actualiseert financiële forecasts en cashflowprognoses voor de toegewezen projecten en overheadkosten.
  • Je voert diepgaande financiële en business analyses uit en signaleert afwijkingen en risico's.
  • Je stelt budgetten op in samenwerking met managers en volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op.
  • Je implementeert en bewaakt financiële KPI's en standaarden volgens de bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Je controleert maandelijkse voorzieningen en past deze waar nodig aan.
  • Je ondersteunt managers bij kostenbeheersing en margeverbetering om de winstgevendheid te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt samen met rapportage- en compliance-teams om correcte en tijdige facturatie te waarborgen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en onderhoud van financiële masterdata.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma in finance, business of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met financiële analyses, budgettering en rapportage binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vloeiend; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vaardig met MS Office en analytische tools en gebruikt deze dagelijks.
  • Je bent in staat om heldere en grondige rapporten voor het hoger management op te stellen.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken en deadlines respecteert.
