Business Controller Amersfoort Voor onze afdeling Finance & Control in Amersfoort zoekt Philadelphia een Business controller voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. We ondersteunen elke dag meer dan 10.500 cliënten bij het leiden van hun eigen leven en durven los te laten als het kan. We wijken van de gebaande paden af als dat in het belang is van de cliënt. Vanuit de besturingsfilosofie van zelforganisatie werken we aan het "simpel organiseren" van complexe taken en processen. Hierbij zoeken we de balans tussen wat centraal moet en decentraal kan in de samenwerking tussen de medewerkers in het primaire proces en de serviceorganisatie. In contact en samenwerking met een grote diversiteit aan partijen; - een financieel gezonde en professionele organisatie met deskundige, betrokken medewerkers, verwanten en vrijwilligers; - de ruimte om met het team en andere collega's zelf organiserend te werken; - een brutosalaris volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg van minimaal € 4.159,- en maximaal € 7.115,- (FWG 60/65) bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur, inschaling afhankelijk van ervaring; - een contract voor onbepaalde tijd, tenzij er redenen zijn om hiervan af te wijken; - volop ruimte voor eigen inbreng en het ontwikkelen van jouw talenten; - faciliteiten om goed in je vel te zitten. Van opvangteam en leefstijlchecks tot timemanagement, trainingen en coaching, kies wat je nodig hebt.
