Onze klant in de regio Antwerpen is volop in groei en professionalisering en wil Finance verder uitbouwen als strategische partner van de business. Om deze groei financieel te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een Business Controller.

Als Business Controller vorm je de brug tussen Finance en Operations. Je analyseert de cijfers, bewaakt de rendabiliteit en vertaalt jouw inzichten naar concrete acties. Je krijgt hierbij veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om zelf verbeteringen te initiëren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert de financiële resultaten en bewaakt de rendabiliteit van de business.
  • Je bouwt rapporteringen en dashboards en vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op binnen budgettering en forecasting.
  • Je ondersteunt het management bij financiële en operationele beslissingen.
  • Je organiseert mee de Business Reviews en vertaalt resultaten naar concrete actiepunten.
  • Je bewaakt de algemene kosten en identificeert opportuniteiten rond efficiëntie en rendabiliteit.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen, digitalisering en rapportering.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Director.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet cijfers te vertalen naar concrete businessinzichten.
  • Je bent communicatief, ondernemend en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel, ervaring met Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je idealiter ook uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans.
