Als business controller ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor bestuur en management en speel je een centrale rol in de financiële en organisatorische sturing van de faculteit. Als business controller stel je begrotingen en prognoses op, analyseert financiële en bedrijfsmatige ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar heldere stuurinformatie en advies. Je bent een kritische en constructieve gesprekspartner voor het faculteitsbestuur, de drie onderwijsafdelingen en de twee onderzoeksinstituten. Je werkt in een academische omgeving waarin veel gebeurt en waarin jouw analyses en advies direct bijdragen aan goede besluitvorming. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met financiële vraagstukken, maar vervult ook een bredere rol binnen de bedrijfsvoering. Je bent binnen de faculteit verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van huisvesting en facilitair management, en voor de beleidsmatige borging van privacy en informatiebeveiliging. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen de faculteit en met de centrale diensten van de Radboud Universiteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het financiële team en werkt nauw samen met de directeur bedrijfsvoering, het facultaire management, afdelingsvoorzitters, onderzoeksinstituten en collega's binnen de verschillende ondersteunende disciplines. Tegelijkertijd ben je verbonden met de centrale Finance & Control-organisatie van de Radboud Universiteit. Mijn cijfers leiden tot betekenisvolle beslissingen voor onderwijs en onderzoek.
