Wat ga jij doen Als Business Controller ga jij zowel het strategisch als het tactisch managementteam van het organisatieonderdeel adviseren en informeren. Je houdt je primair bezig met de uitvoering van de planning- en control cyclus en de informatievoorziening. Van begroting tot forecasting: jij zorgt mede dat het organisatieonderdeel in control is! Jouw belangrijkste aandachtsgebieden zijn: - Uitvoering geven aan de planning & control cyclus. Zo houd je je onder andere bezig met de vertaling van de jaarplannen in begrotingen en diverse rapportages, waaronder de maandcijfers en prognoses - Het ondersteunen en adviseren van het management als financieel sparringpartner. Zo neem je op structurele basis de cijfers door, geef je advies, denk je mee in business cases en maak je de financiële doorrekening daarvan - Deelnemen aan projecten zoals bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van kostprijzen, business cases en overige organisatie brede onderwerpen In jouw rol stem je af met onder andere de HR Business Partner, klantadvies, beleidsadviseurs, financieel controllers, informatiemanager en collega's van de planbureaus. Jouw team Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Business Control aangestuurd door de Strategisch Manager Bedrijfsvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met de Concern Controller. Als team zijn we volop in ontwikkeling en zijn verbinding, verbetering en vereenvoudiging belangrijke kernbegrippen. We kijken samen vooruit en innoveren daar waar mogelijk.
