Over het bedrijf

Het gaat om een internationale speler in facility management: denk aan schoonmaak, technisch onderhoud en andere diensten waarmee bedrijven en organisaties uit de wind worden gehouden. Het bedrijf telt duizenden medewerkers in België en draait een jaaromzet van meer dan honderd miljoen euro. Klein is het dus zeker niet, maar de sfeer blijft toegankelijk: korte lijnen, een team dat elkaar kent, en veel ruimte om zelf mee vorm te geven aan hoe het controlling-verhaal verder groeit.

Antwerpen als uitvalsbasis

Je komt terecht in Antwerpen, op een locatie met zicht op het water in de haven. Geen saai kantoorgebouw dus, maar een plek waar je tussendoor even naar de schepen kan kijken. En met de auto, fiets of het openbaar vervoer zit je er vlot: handig als je uit de regio zelf komt en niet elke dag naar Brussel of Gent wil pendelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als business controller hou je mee in de gaten of alles financieel op koers blijft. Je werkt samen met de CFO en de Finance Business Partner en zorgt ervoor dat cijfers omgezet worden in beslissingen waar het management écht iets mee kan.

  • Je volgt de rendabiliteit van klanten op en signaleert waar het beter kan.
  • Je maakt rapporten en dashboards in Power BI waarmee het management stuurt.
  • Je trekt de budget- en forecastprocessen mee en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je duikt in de cijfers en levert analyses die de business vooruit helpen.
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande werkwijzen en komt met verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je bereidt de maandelijkse Business Reviews voor en vertaalt de cijfers naar concrete actiepunten.
  • Je houdt mee toezicht op de algemene kosten (SG&A), in overleg met andere afdelingen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een master- of bachelordiploma in economie of boekhouding, met minstens 3 jaar ervaring als controller, analist of auditor.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en kan je ook in het Frans en Engels uit de slag trekken.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende mensen binnen het bedrijf.
  • Je bent sterk in Excel; kennis van Power BI is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan inzoomen op details, maar verliest het grotere plaatje niet uit het oog.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk, kritisch en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in business- of projectcontrolling.
  • Je blijft rustig als het druk wordt en durft ook je mening te geven.
