De functie van Business Controller combineert financiële analyse, operationele inzichten en strategische ondersteuning. Als Business Controller werk je nauw samen met het management en met een collega‑controller die focust op sales, waardoor je een sterk duo vormt binnen de financiële afdeling .

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Business partnering

  • Week‑, maand‑ en jaarrapportages opstellen en opvolgen (sales, inkoop, operations, HR) .
  • ABC‑model uitwerken voor logistieke processen en capaciteitsplanning.
  • Pricingtool ontwikkelen en parameters opvolgen op organisatie‑, klant‑ en marktniveau.
  • Marge‑ en variantieanalyses uitvoeren op klantniveau.
  • Transportkosten opvolgen en data aanleveren voor optimalisaties en onderhandelingen.
  • Containerkosten opvolgen en rapportering rond containerpoolbeheer opstellen.
  • Analyses vertalen naar heldere managementrapporten.
  • Strategie, businessplannen en scenario’s cijfermatig onderbouwen.
  • Presentaties voorbereiden voor de Raad van Bestuur.
  • Master in finance, accounting, economie of gelijkwaardig.
  • 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring in controlling.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Proactieve houding en vlotte communicatiestijl.
  • Kennis van Belgische fiscaliteit en boekhoudstandaarden.
  • Doorgedreven kennis van Excel; kennis van Power BI is een troef.
  • Verantwoordelijk, kritisch, samenwerkingsgericht en hands‑on ingesteld.
