Je helpt managers grip te houden op prestaties, kosten en productiviteit, en vertaalt operationele ontwikkelingen naar financiële impact. Je werkt dicht op de operatie binnen onze logistieke business - van planning en fleet tot de dagelijkse uitvoering - en maakt met heldere analyses en stuurinformatie het verschil. Een rol op het snijvlak van finance, operatie en business, met volop ruimte om te ondernemen, te verbeteren en te groeien. Waar kom je terecht? Je maakt deel uit van ons Finance- en Business Control-team en werkt nauw samen met de operationele managers. Finance is bij Den Hartogh geen ivoren toren: je zit aan tafel bij de mensen die de business draaiende houden, en samen met Data & BI bouw je aan scherpere stuurinformatie en slimmere dashboards. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen, processen te verbeteren en jezelf te ontwikkelen - met de Den Hartogh Academy en ervaren collega's om je heen. Wat ga je doen? - Je analyseert operationele en financiële prestaties en bespreekt deze met het management; - Je ondersteunt besluitvorming door inzicht te geven in omzet, kosten, productiviteit en KPI's ; - Je coördineert het budget- en forecastproces en daagt stakeholders uit op prestaties en verbeterkansen; - Je ontwikkelt rapportages en dashboards die helpen de operatie beter te sturen; - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Finance, Business Control en Data & BI om stuurinformatie verder te verbeteren.
