Voor een internationaal actief bedrijf in de regio Kortrijk, met een sterke reputatie binnen zijn sector en activiteiten in verschillende internationale markten, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Controller & SAP Key User. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je financiële analyse en controlling met een belangrijke rol binnen SAP. Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, IT en verschillende business units en krijgt de ruimte om zowel financiële rapportering als processen en systemen verder te optimaliseren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Je combineert ongeveer 50% controlling met 50% SAP Finance. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je ondersteunt de maandelijkse afsluiting
  • Je verzorgt managementrapportering, P&L rapportering, variantieanalyses en margerapporten
  • Je werkt mee aan budgettering en forecasting
  • Je fungeert als business partner voor verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt financiële cijfers naar concrete inzichten
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op als Finance Key User tijdens SAP implementaties en verdere uitrolprojecten
  • Je vertaalt de noden van Finance naar SAP FI/CO processen en configuraties
  • Je ondersteunt Finance gebruikers bij vragen en problemen binnen SAP
  • Je test nieuwe functionaliteiten, updates en systeemwijzigingen
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en verdere digitalisering van Finance
  • Je ontwikkelt documentatie en ondersteunt gebruikers bij nieuwe SAP processen

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Economie, Handelswetenschappen, Finance of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen controlling, audit of een vergelijkbare financiële functie
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP
  • Je hebt interesse in digitalisering, systemen en BI
  • Je bent sterk met Excel en financiële rapportering
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en kritisch ingesteld
  • Je communiceert vlot met Finance, IT en de business
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels
