Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat management en bestuur binnen het Sociaal Domein kunnen sturen op de juiste financiële inzichten. Je analyseert cijfers, bewaakt budgetten, coördineert de planning- en controlproducten en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar heldere adviezen. Daarbij ben je zowel sparringpartner als financieel speurneus. Want een goed advies begint bij begrijpen wat er écht achter de cijfers zit. Je dag begint niet met een volledig dichtgetimmerde planning. Voor negen uur kan er al een vraag liggen van een manager, bestuurder of beleidsadviseur: "Klopt dit beeld eigenlijk wel?" Jij zoekt het uit, analyseert de cijfers en vertaalt je bevindingen naar een duidelijk advies. Je bereidt bijvoorbeeld een budgetgesprek voor met een (domein)manager en analyseert de materiële en personeelsbudgetten binnen het Sociaal Domein. Je signaleert opvallende ontwikkelingen en verwerkt deze in managementrapportages. Daarbij kijk je verder dan een dashboard en duik je waar nodig het grootboek in om cijfers te controleren en afwijkingen te verklaren. Zo lever je betrouwbare managementinformatie waarop management en bestuur kunnen sturen. Daarnaast coördineer je de planning- en controlcyclus. Je bewaakt de planning, houdt overzicht over de verschillende P&C-producten, stemt af met betrokken collega's en denkt vooruit. Je houdt ontwikkelingen binnen én buiten de organisatie in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar de financiële impact voor het Sociaal Domein. De ene keer ben je sparringpartner van het management, de andere keer duik je de cijfers in om de onderste steen...
