Business Controller sr. interim In het kort Volledige opdracht De afgelopen drie jaar heeft LIS stevig geïnvesteerd in de modernisering van het IT-landschap en haar dienstverlening. Tegelijkertijd wordt er gewerkt aan de verdere digitalisering en aan voorstellen voor de toekomstige technische en organisatorische inrichting van LIS. Deze ontwikkelingen vragen om professionalisering van de financiële sturing. De opdracht richt zich in de eerste plaats op het versterken van de financiële grip op de huidige dienstverlening en veranderprogramma's. Dit vraagt om inzicht in de belangrijkste kostendrijvers, een heldere kostenstructuur en een duidelijke koppeling tussen budgetten, activiteiten en deliverables. Vanuit dit inzicht worden financiële risico's en kansen vertaald naar concrete acties en… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Bedrijfskunde, Accountancy, Controlling of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met financiële sturing binnen een complexe IT-organisatie of een organisatie met een omvangrijk IT-landschap. - Je hebt ervaring binnen het onderwijs - Je hebt ervaring met financiële sturing op veranderprogramma's. - Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van business cases, scenarioanalyses, meerjarenbegrotingen en financiële sturingsmodellen. - Je hebt ervaring met het adviseren van directie- en management over complexe financiële en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het geven van leiding aan (financiële) professionals Opdrachtomschrijving De afgelopen drie jaar heeft LIS stevig geïnvesteerd in de modernisering van het IT-landschap en haar dienstverlening.
