Je werkt nauw samen met operationele teams en stakeholders om businessvraagstukken te begrijpen en te vertalen naar analyses die betere besluitvorming ondersteunen. Jouw rol als Business Data Analyst SME Operations Hoewel rapportages en dashboards nog steeds onderdeel zijn van de functie, ligt de nadruk steeds meer op analytics in plaats van op het maken van dashboards. Je identificeert patronen, knelpunten, trends en oorzaken, en helpt SME Operations slimmer en proactiever met data te werken. Daarnaast onderzoek je hoe AI-tools en -technieken kunnen bijdragen aan snellere analyses, betere voorspellingen en efficiëntere manieren van werken. Je combineert analytisch denkvermogen met businessinzicht: je bent niet alleen geïnteresseerd in wat de data laat zien, maar vooral in wat dit betekent voor operationele prestaties, klantervaring en procesverbetering. Binnen KPN SME Operations werk je mee aan het verbeteren van service, efficiëntie en klantresultaten door betere sturing en meer inzicht. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat de operatie helpt te groeien van beschrijvende rapportages naar voorspellende en diagnostische analytics. Je werkt samen met collega's uit de operatie, procesmanagement en andere data- en transformatieteams om inzicht te creëren in prestaties en verbetermogelijkheden. Jouw werk draagt bij aan besluitvorming over volumes, capaciteit, productiviteit, kwaliteit, klantreisprestaties en operationele effectiviteit.
