Voor een nieuwe functie in de regio Genk gaan we via deze week op zoek naar een Business Developer die zal meebouwen aan de groei en het klantenbestand van dit bedrijf. Binnen deze familiale structuur sta je in contact met een netwerk van verdelers met de focus op Frankrijk, Wallonië en Luxemburg.

Concreet houdt jouw takenpakket het volgende in:

  • Actieve prospectie van nieuwe partners
  • Beheer en uitbouw van het bestaande klantenbestand met het oog op langetermijnrelaties
  • Commerciële onderhandelingen voeren en samenwerkingsvoorwaarden bespreken
  • Professionele opvolging van leads, offertes en klantendossiers
  • Commerciële salestargets bepalen, opvolgen en bijsturen
  • Kansen in de markt detecteren en vertalen naar concrete commerciële acties
  • Marketingacties en campagnes actief communiceren naar de verdelers
  • Klantenportefeuille en agenda zelfstandig beheren

Voor deze functie als Business Developer gaan we op zoek naar iemand die in het begin vooral zal instaan voor prospectie met daarbij ook een stukje accountmanagement. Gezien de Franstalige regio wordt bijhorende talenkennis als cruciaal gezien.

We mikken concreet op onderstaand profiel:

  • Een eerste commerciële ervaring in buitendienst of business development
  • Ervaring met B2B-verkoop is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en Frans
  • Bijkomende talen zijn een extra troef
  • Regelmatig onderweg in Frankrijk, Luxemburg en Wallonië met een ter beschikking gestelde wagen
  • Je beschikt over een Rijbewijs B
  • Uitstekende overtuigings- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
  • Resultaatgericht, ondernemend en proactief
  • Sterk in het uitbouwen van langdurige relaties.
