Zij is de value-added distributeur van hoogwaardige industriële gateways, routers en visualisatiesoftware. Grote spelers zoals Eneco, Rabobank (hoofdkantoor Utrecht), de Universiteit van Brussel en internationale top-shipyards vertrouwen op hun expertise voor hun kritieke infrastructuur. Onze klant staat door haar compacte omvang qua naamsbekendheid soms met 2-0 achter in de markt, maar ze winnen de wedstrijd op creativiteit, snelheid en diepgaande consultancy. De cultuur? Snel schakelen, kritisch op de inhoud, korte lijnen en maximale ruimte voor eigen initiatief. De Rol: Wat ga je écht doen? Dit is een gecombineerde rol van pionieren ( hunting ) én strategisch uitbouwen ( farming ). Onze klant heeft de afgelopen jaren ijzersterke, bewezen technische concepten uitgewerkt en succesvol geïmplementeerd (denk aan de complete automatisering van 240 onbemande tankstations). Er is momenteel simpelweg de commerciële mankracht niet om deze concepten verder uit te rollen. Jouw missie is om hiermee de markt op te gaan én de relaties die daaruit ontstaan vervolgens strategisch te beheren. Jouw focus is als volgt verdeeld (1/3e, 1/3e, 1/3e): - Business Development (Hunting): Je benadert proactief nieuwe marktsegmenten (concurrenten in de tankstation markt, grote infrastructurele projecten, machinebouwers). Je maakt slim gebruik van LinkedIn en je netwerk om aan tafel te komen bij Technisch Directeuren en Lead Engineers. - Accountmanagement (Farming & Inbound): Je beheert een deel van de bestaande relaties en spot kan...
