APK Group is actief in telecom, nutsvoorzieningen, energie en infrastructuur. Binnen onze activiteiten rond openbare verlichting realiseren we projecten die bijdragen aan veilige, duurzame en toekomstgerichte infrastructuur. Voor onze verdere groei zijn we op zoek naar een Business Developer. In deze rol combineer je commerciële slagkracht met technisch inzicht. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten, analyseert aanbestedingen en lastenboeken en werkt mee aan competitieve en technisch onderbouwde offertes. Je bent daarbij niet verantwoordelijk voor een team, maar neemt zelf het commerciële dossier in handen van opportuniteit tot overdracht naar de projectleiding en uitvoering.

  • Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe klanten, aanbestedingen en commerciële opportuniteiten binnen openbare verlichting.
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten beoordelen en voorleggen aan de COO.
  • Lastenboeken en aanbestedingsdossiers analyseren en de commerciële en technische haalbaarheid inschatten.
  • Offertes opvragen bij leveranciers en partners.
  • Een realistische en competitieve prijsstrategie uitwerken.
  • Werf- en klantenbezoeken uitvoeren om een correcte inschatting van de werken en kostprijs te kunnen maken.
  • Offertes voorbereiden en opvolgen tot aan contractering.
  • Onderhandelingen voeren en bestaande contracten benchmarken en waar nodig heronderhandelen.
  • Klantenrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden op lange termijn.
  • Een correcte overdracht van verkochte dossiers voorzien naar de projectleider en het uitvoeringsteam.
  • Enkele jaren commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een technische of projectmatige omgeving.
  • Technisch inzicht in elektriciteit en openbare verlichting.
  • Ervaring met aanbestedingen, lastenboeken, offertes of prijszetting is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent ondernemend en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Sterk in onderhandelen, communiceren en onderhouden van klantenrelaties.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om commerciële opportuniteiten ook technisch en financieel te beoordelen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
