Jij brengt het tot stand. Dit is geen specialistrol. Dit is een commerciële rol voor iemand die begrijpt wat AI engineering voor organisaties betekent, en die van iO dé partner maakt die dat niet alleen belooft maar ook levert. Bij iO bouwen we met het AI Engineering Competence Center (AIECC) aan een landelijke capability die AI-oplossingen echt neerzet bij onze klanten. Geen experimenten die op de plank blijven liggen, maar schaalbare AI-oplossingen met workflows en agents die in productie draaien en bedrijfsprocessen fundamenteel veranderen. Voor organisaties als Worldline, SBB, Wageningen Universiteit en ETEX doen we dit al. Jij zorgt dat we dit ook bij de volgende twintig doen. Wat je doet Je combineert new business met het uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties, met AI als rode draad door alles heen. New business Je opent nieuwe deuren voor het AIECC. Deels via bestaande klantrelaties van iO waar AI nog niet of nauwelijks aan bod is geweest, deels via partnerkanalen zoals AWS en Contentstack waarmee iO samenwerkt. Je begrijpt waar budgetten en vraagstukken samenkomen, en weet hoe je van een eerste gesprek een opdracht maakt. De dealgroottes variëren breed, van €20K tot €200K, passend bij de fase waarin de markt zich nu bevindt. Jij navigeert dat spectrum moeiteloos. Accountgroei Je voert regie over een portfolio bestaande klanten en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor relatie én commercieel resultaat. Je ontwikkelt accountplannen met heldere AI-groeidoelstellingen, signaleert cross- en upsellkansen en vertaalt die naar concrete proposities. Je organiseert kwartaalmeetings, bewaakt kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid, en zorgt voor tijdige contractverlengingen en indexaties. Verbinden ...
